The Benefits of Celery Juice

The Benefits of Celery Juice

A recommendation I share with clients, friends, and family is to start the day drinking celery juice. After you are done with your Morning Pages, drinking some lemon water should come after, followed by two full glasses of pure celery juice.

Have you ever thought about drinking celery juice before breakfast? This ritual I learned from Medical Medium and it’s an absolutely must for my family, even when traveling. The Medical Medium instructs to drink 2 full glasses of celery juice and wait about 15-20 minutes before eating breakfast.

Why is celery juice important in your morning routine?

Because celery juice, when consumed in the right way, is a powerful healing remedy. It helps clear the skin, improve digestion, reduce bloating, sustain energy, as well as achieve better mental clarity, weight loss, and stable moods, just to name a few.

Don’t drink celery juice in the first 40 days:

If you are on your first forty days postpartum, please don’t drink the celery juice. If you are pregnant or postpartum (after the first forty days) go for it! It will help you with bloating among other things. When I was pregnant it was tough for me to swallow it but I did it very quickly and it was worth it.

My friend and supermodel Isabeli Fontana liked the celery juice so much she even read a whole book about it and gave free copies away to her followers. Try it out at home. Let me know what happens to your overall health.
